This week I talk chemobrain and provide you with 5 tips to help retrain your brain!

We’ve already covered what chemobrain is - it’s that mental fogginess/cloudiness that lurks causing you to struggle with remembering things like names, places, etc.

But now, here are 5 tips to help you retrain that brain and get your brain back to where it was:

  1. Disown that you have chemobrain.

  2. Find your motivation.

  3. Focus. Eliminate as many distractions as you can. Eliminate multitasking.

  4. You want to exercise your brain. Keep your mind active. Strive to learn something new every day.

  5. Eliminate your dependence on your smartphone!

With these 5 tips in your arsenal, you will have your brain back and better than ever before long!
